2/ VALIDATION OF ORDERS is within 5 working days maximum. It is specified that the tickets will be sent from April 2013. No tickets will be sent before this date. You will receive an email the day of shipment.
 
3/ PAYMENT BY CHEQUE : ONLY FOR PAYMENT ON FRENCH BANK. The command accompanied by the payment must be sent by post to: PHA - 15 bis place Renoux - 63000 Clermont-Ferrand (France) within a maximum of 5 days. After this time, any online order will be considered void.
 
4/ PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD : The accepted credit cards are : VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD. For the security of your payments, we use PAYBOX, the payment solution card developed by PAYBOX. With this system, your payment is made directly on the secure server PAYBOX our behalf. At no time will your credit card number be communicated to us. Communication is encrypted and secured by SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) on the internet, protocol has become a global standard and is supported by major browsers.
New : until 28 February 2013, the customer can choose the payment two times without fees (credit card only). The order will be confirmed after the second debit. In case of partial payment, no refund will be possible except by PHA prior agreement.
 

5/ PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER : This mode of payment is accepted for orders of a minimum of € 100. Customer's name and order reference number must appear on the transfer order which must be received within 5 days.

6/ TICKET DELIVERY : PHA proposes :

   - either pick up your tickets on arrival at the circuit (from Thursday May 16, 14.00),
   - or sending by post (see "Option sending of the tickets").

7/ OPTION "SENDING OF THE TICKETS" : Tickets and invoice are sent as from April 2013 at the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Shipments are made following the option chosen, the country of destination :

    - By French post mail Frequenceo without signature (administration fees and postage 6,50€ per order). Valid only for France
    - By international post mail “DHL International Express” for contries other than France. See the list of available countries during the ordering process.
(administration fees and postage 30€, 35€ or 40€ per order). 

CAUTION : the option "withdrawal of the tickets" is compulsory :

- for some destinations
- for all countries from May 5

8/ OPTION "WITHDRAWAL OF THE TICKETS" :
You have taken care to print and keep your order validated with booking number. Ticket(s) and invoice will be delivered on presentation of this document and your ID at the welcome centre "ACCUEIL GENERAL" of "Grand prix de France".

The Welcome Centre "ACCUEIL GENERAL" of the “Grand Prix de France” is located at Le Mans Exhibition site ("Centre des Expositions"), near the North entrance of the circuit. Opening hours : Thursday, from 2 to 7 pm ; Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm ; Saturday, from 8 am to 7 pm; Sunday , from 7 to 12 am.

Without prior agreement with PHA, ticket(s) will be given exclusively to the person indicated in delivery field during the ordering process and on presentation of his/her passport or ID and with the validated order with file number.

9/ Once the order has been recorded, tickets cannot be taken back, nor exchanged
