2/ ORDER VALIDATION: will be made within a maximum of 5 working days. It is understood that the ticket dispatch will begin in April 2020. No tickets will be sent out before this date. You will receive an e-mail confirming the day of your ticket dispatch.

3/ CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: The following credit cards are accepted for on-line payments CARTE BLEUE / VISA / EUROCARD /MASTERCARD. For security reasons for all cc. payments, we use PAYBOX DIRECT PLUS, a method of cc payment developed by PAYBOX. In this way your secured payment is made directly to our account via the server. We do not have access to your card details at any time.  Ticket purchases made on the internet are coded and secure via the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol which is used worldwide by the main web browsers.

Up until February 28th 2020 & if you pay by credit card, there is a possibility of paying the total amount by 2 installments without any extra cost. The first payment is on the day of the order and the second one calendar month after. The purchase will be validated on reception of the second installment unless an agreement has been made beforehand with PHA

4/ BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT: This method of payment is only accepted for orders of 60.00€ plus. The name of the client and the order reference number must be clearly written on the transfer order form and payment must be in our account within 5 days of the on-line purchase.

PHA can offer different postal delivery services, details of which are in N°6, “Option ticket delivery” OR ticket collection on arrival at the circuit (from 14 May 2020 at 14.00 hrs.).
The ticket collection is valid only for  tickets purchased after 01 May 2020, before this date ticket must be deliverd by postal services.
Ticket dispatch will commence in April 2020. The tickets & invoices will be sent to the address indicated at the time of order. Deliveries are according to the options chosen and to the country of the destination indicated.
NO TICKET BEFORE the first week in April 2020 (N.B. Exception: if a Grandstand is completely sold out before this date, certain tickets will be dispatched).
► By postal tracking services “Fréquenceo” without signature (Cost for this service is 6.00€ per order). This delivery service is only available in France.
► International Delivery service via “DHL International Express” (Cost for this service 30€/35€ or 40€ according to the country of destination);
