2/ ORDER VALIDATION
Ticket reservations are made in real time. You are therefore informed in real time of the availability of tickets when placing your order depending on the category chosen.
We remind you that the fact of validating the order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Following the changes put in place related to Covid 19, a processing fee of € 5 per order will be applied. These costs include the management of orders, deferred payment and refunds in the event of cancellation of the event.
3/ ORDER PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Only payments by credit card with a deferred debit from the order settlement to 31/01/2022 or payments by deferred direct debit to 31/01/2022 via SEPA mandate are accepted on the site.
3.2 The debit option via deferred SEPA mandate will be available for any order placed on the site www.gpfrancemoto.com.
The deferred debit is made through a SEPA mandate that the Consumer must complete in order to authorize Philibert et Associés - PHA to withdraw from his bank account. The Consumer must communicate his bank identity statement (IBAN).
The SEPA mandate will be offered to him through a secure platform set up by the company EXTENT, provider of Philibert et Associés - PHA. These GTCS will be annexed to the SEPA mandate. The customer will receive by SMS or email the information of his debit and an electronic signature will be required for the validation of the debit.
Orders that have been made through a SEPA mandate will be debited on January 31, 2022.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, orders paid by direct debit via SEPA mandate will be automatically reimbursed by transfer (excluding administrative fees and postage).
3.3 Payment by credit card allows you to book your tickets online in a firm and definitive manner with a deferred debit of payment for the order on 31/01/2022. The cards accepted for the payment of an order at the ticket office for shows are cards from the CARTE BLEUE / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD networks.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, orders paid by credit card must be the subject of a request for reimbursement.
The refund will then be made either on the card used when ordering (excluding administrative fees and postage) or by transfer (in the event of the card expiring, opposition on the card, etc.)
3.4 We remind you that only one method of payment is authorized per order.
4/ PAYMENT SECURITY
Philibert et Associés - PHA has chosen to entrust its payment system to the company EXTENT, a company specializing in securing online payments. As part of the fight against fraud, Philibert et Associés - PHA has implemented 3 D Secure payment, a system of payment by authentication. This service is free and can be triggered for your payments by credit card, Visa and MasterCard. With 3D Secure (or Verified by visa or MasterCard Secure Code).
This system allows your bank to verify your identity at the time of payment.
5 / CONSUMER MEDIATION SERVICE: Amicable settlement of disputes between the professional and the consumer in accordance with articles L611-1 to L 641-1 and R 612-1 to R 616-2 of the Consumer Code. In the event of an unresolved dispute between the Professional and the Consumer, the consumer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator. Before approaching the consumer mediator, the consumer must have already tried to resolve his dispute directly with the professional by means of a written complaint or have made a complaint under the terms of the contract concluded with the professional. Consumer mediation is an out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. If the conditions are met, a consumer mediation will take place according to a precise process and according to the texts in force. 6/ OPTION “TICKET DELIVERY”
Orders held and carried over from 2020 to 2022 will be sent from April 2022. Tickets accompanied by the invoice are shipped from April 2022 to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Following the changes put in place related to Covid 19, a processing fee of € 5 per order will be applied for all orders.
Shipments are made according to the option chosen and the country of destination.
WARNING : Ticket Collection at the circuit is only available for the following :
► For certain destinations
► For all tickets purchased after 02 May 2022
Tickets are collected directly from the circuit counters open continuously from Thursday to Sunday.
To collect your order, you must have your order confirmation and an identity document with you.
6 / ACCESS CONDITIONS
The buyer must present his ticket at the control to enter the circuit enclosure. The buyer undertakes to respect the internal rules of the circuit and the provisions of the ALLIOT-MARIE law N ° 93-1282 of December 6, 1993, not to contravene the safety rules and to comply with the security imperatives (search , identity check, storage of inappropriate or dangerous objects by the security service, etc.). The buyer must comply with all the rules that exist or may be issued by Philibert et Associés - PHA or Dorna Sports S.L. For your safety, the site may be equipped with a video surveillance system, placed under the control of the competent authorities and capable of being used in the event of criminal proceedings. A right of access is provided in accordance with article 102 of the law of January 21, 1995. The buyer agrees to comply with the instructions, in particular safety, taken by the organizer in order to ensure the safety of the spectators. Any violation found, fraud or attempted fraud will automatically result in the withdrawal of the ticket without reimbursement and without prejudice to criminal prosecution.
• No photographs or recordings may be used for any form of advertising, public display or any other purpose (except for private purposes) without the written consent of Dorna Sports SL For the recognized right, the ticket holder authorizes Dorna, Sports SL, the circuit, as well as their delegates, to use its image and / or similar, in any live or recorded display or other retransmission of the event, including without limitation, the rights to publicity and / or to the commercial exploitation.
All rights of broadcasting, recording, photography, reproduction and rebroadcasting of the event are reserved to Dorna Sports S.L.
The ticket holder agrees not to take any legal action against Dorna and / or the circuit and / or to induce anyone to do so.
7/ CANCELLATION - REFUND
7.1 Lack of right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
A show ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, neither taken back nor exchanged except in the event of cancellation of a show.
7.2 In case of cancellation of the event
In the event of cancellation of the Grand Prix, only the ticket price will be refunded. This reimbursement will only be made in favor of the original purchaser against delivery of the ticket (if the tickets have been sent).
In all cases, no costs of any nature whatsoever (for example: postage, administration costs) will be reimbursed or compensated by Philibert et Associés - PHA
8 / Motorsports can be dangerous
The designated holder of this ticket waives all rights and legal proceedings in the event of an accident or damage caused or suffered while on the circuit. The licensee hereby waives all rights, claims, lawsuits against the organization now or in the future, and releases the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, Dorna, IRTA and the promoter, as well as all affiliates, directors, official members, employees, agents, service providers, representatives and contractors from all liability for any personal injury, death, damage or loss due to his presence on the circuit during the event. Philibert et Associés - PHA will not be held liable for the occurrence of any event constituting a case of force majeure or occurring due to a third party and in particular, bad weather, strikes, change of regulations, decisions of any competent authority in the matter. of security.
Philibert et Associés - PHA is in no way responsible for changes to the MotoGP calendar for the 2022 season.
The buyer expressly waives any compensation of any kind whatsoever in the event of the occurrence of any of the facts referred to above.
