What is a General Admission Ticket?

These tickets permit you to access the circuit and circulate everywhere, with access to entertainment and

Your seat is not reserved, however. You must therefore place yourself either in the natural bleachers or in the open stands which are located on the straight line of the pit lane.

What is a Sunday Ticket?

This ticket allows you to access the general admission of the circuit from Sunday 0h00, as well as all the car parks and reception areas located near the circuit from 0h00.

However, you do not have a reserved seat. You must therefore place yourself either in the natural bleachers or in the open stands which are located on the straight line of the pit lane.

What is a Grandstand Ticket?

This ticket allows you to access the General Admission of the circuit from Thursday to Sunday inclusive while having a numbered place reserved in the grandstand for the 3 days. This ticket also includes access to the Motorcycle Controlled Parking as well as the reception area of the "Centre Expo" (Auto/ Motorcycle/Motorhome).

All the stands have reception areas/ private parking except the T.16 Fabio QUARTARARO.

How many tickets can I buy?

General Admission tickets are limited to 20 tickets per customer.

Grandstand tickets limited to 8 seats per customer.

VIP tickets are limited to 10 badgesper customer.

What are the necessary elements to access the circuit?
  • An Entry Ticket in the format:
    • An E-Ticket (printed or downloaded on the phone) for General Admission tickets
    • A thermal ticket for Grandstand tickets (sent by Colissimo from March)
    • A badge for VIP services (sent by Colissimo from March)
  • Supporting documents for:
    • Free access for disabled people: presentation of the mobility card inclusion mention disability, to be able to access the general area free of charge
    • Free access for children under 16: An identity document, a passport or a family booklet. As a reminder, minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket
    • The withdrawal of an order: the order summary and an identity document
Will my grandstand seats be side by side?

During the booking process, select your seats directly from the grandstand map.

Attention: in case of almost complete platform, we cannot now guarantee the placement side by side.

I want to buy tickets only for trials. Is that possible?

No, there are no test tickets alone.
Possibility to buy a ticket for the 3 days (Grandstand or General Admission Ticket) or for the single day of Sunday race (General Admission).

Does my order count?

An email confirmation with a file number at the indicated address will be sent to you once your order is validated and paid.

Is this website the official platform?

Yes, this is the official ticket office of the Grand Prix de France Moto. The only authorized resellers are the official networks: Francebillet and Ticketnet

My payment is refused ?

When entering your bank details, our banking interface performs an automatic and computerized control of your payment. In the case of a payment refusal, we advise you to contact your bank first. They will inform you about the conditions of Internet transactions and assist you in identifying the issue.

Is online payment guaranteed to be secure?

The security of our online payments is guaranteed. The payment can be made in two installments without any fees until February 28th inclusive.

Philibert et Associés – PHA has chosen to entrust its payment system to OGONE, a company specialized in securing online payments. PHA guarantees the confidentiality of your banking information, secured by the SSL protocol, which controls the validity of access rights when paying by credit card and encrypts exchanges to ensure confidentiality. As part of the fight against fraud, payment 3D Secure, payment system by authentication was set up. This service is free and can be triggered for your payments by Carte Bleue, Visa and MasterCard.

The 3D Secure (or Verified by visa or MasterCard Secure Code) allows your bank to verify your identity at the time of payment.

Your credit card data will not be stored by PHA and will only be used by our secure payment provider for the processing of this order.

What payment methods are available for online orders?

Card payment

Payment by card in 2x without charge (1st payment on the day of the order; the 2nd to "D"+30 the following month). Possibility to pay in twice without charge until February 28.

My credit card used for the first payment has expired or is no longer valid for the second debit, what to do?

You will receive an email that provides information to regularize the situation.
You can also make changes directly on your customer account. Go to the section: Tickets by logging in to your customer area.

ACO Member Rate

The ACO member rate is reserved exclusively for ACO CLUB members who have subscribed to a membership.

You must contact ACO directly to take your seats.

Your rights will remain in effect until the end of your membership, which is 365 days.

Are councils of works subject to a tariff?

A preferential tariff is offered to companies for General Admission tickets for 3 days.

Send an email to contact@pha-michy.com. A member of the ticketing team will contact you as soon as possible.

Persons with reduced mobility or persons with disabilities

People with reduced mobility or a disability with a mobility card inclusion mentioning disability, will benefit from free in the general area.

Access to the circuit is on presentation of the disability card (no ticket) 

The accompanying person must pay for the purchase of a ticket.

What is the process for a child under 16 years old?

General Admission Ticket 3 Days or Sunday Ticket: Free for under 16 years. (Be 16 years old on the date of the Grand Prix.). Anyone born after May 13, 2008.

Grandstand Tickets: Children under 16 are not eligible for free tickets, they must purchase a paid ticket.

TICKET SENDING

When will I receive my tickets?

The delivery address indicated during the order process is where the tickets and invoice will be shipped.

The chosen option and the destination country determine the shipping method.

NO LETTER WILL BE SENT BEFORE March. The mailings are made by:
  • Colissimo for shipments in Metropolitan France
  • DHL for international shipments
I have changed my address. How should I proceed?

If your address changes, please send the new one to contact@pha-michy.com by email.

Print my E-Ticket (General Admission), how should I do?

E-Tickets are only available for the 'General Admission' (3 days and Sunday).

From April, you just have to go back to the account you created when ordering.

VIP services

On-site information and badge collection

A VIP reception at the sports module will welcome you for:

  • The helmet locker
  • The removal of your Paddock badges
  • The necessary information

Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 6 pm

Sunday from 8am to 3pm

How do I book my visit paddock?

VIP services currently have a paddock tour that can be booked before your arrival for a maximum duration of 2 hours. (This paddock access has no financial value, it is a PLUS that we make available when we can)

What is the difference between the Paddock and Pit Lane?

Paddock:

The Paddock is located at the back of the pit building, it is the area where teams and mechanics work during the Grand Prix. You will find the trucks of the teams, the hospitalities.

Pit Lane

The Pit Lane is on the pit straight. This is the place where teams and mechanics have their stands allowing drivers direct access to the track.
Visit of the pit lane

The pit lane visit is held on Saturday or Sunday (depending on performance), subject to changes by the official authorities and in accordance with FIM international regulations. Provisional hours and duration.
This visit is made in group, the meeting point will be indicated to you on the spot.

TRANSPORT

What is the ideal parking spot for a car or taxi?

The minute deposit is located in the immediate vicinity of the North Gate.

What is the duration of your travel? Do traffic jams occur frequently?

It all depends on your location and time of departure. To prevent inconveniences, it's recommended to use the Waze app and arrive on the route as soon as possible.

Where are the best places on the circuit to watch the race?

Your ticket to the Grand Prix de France allows you to move throughout the circuit and thus explore different places to watch the race.

Natural terraces and open-access grandstands are arranged.

Do you sell helmets or ear plugs for children and adults?
The Alpine Hearing Protection Stand in the Commercial Village will have helmets and ear plugs for sale.
 
Wearing a helmet is highly recommended for both children and adults during driving.
 
 
 
Is it possible for us to enter and exit freely?

Yes, you can enter and exit the circuit from Thursday at 8 a.m. to Monday at 10 a.m. upon presentation of your access ticket.

Are there helmet instructions?

Outside the circuit in the exhibition center, there is a helmet locker that has been partnered with Dafy Moto. This service is free, you need to present your ticket to the Grand Prix de France Moto.

Is it possible to charge your phone on the charger?

You can benefit from a portable battery MANA after a deposit of a warning of 20 € to recharge your phone and thus remain connected at any time on the circuit. This service is available at the Mana Service booth in the Main Village.

Is it possible for me to view the course on a large screen?

L’organisation met en place 15 écrans géants installés aux endroits stratégiques du circuit. Ces écrans sont installés face aux différentes tribunes, aux gradins naturels et au niveau de la Fan Zone proche de la scène des concerts.

What are the housing options?

RECPETION AREAS & PARKINGS

What is the difference between the free reception area and the reserved reception area?

A free reception area : The car parks and free reception areas are included for all tickets to the Grand Prix de France. Access is done on the presentation of the latter. Here are the free reception areas:

A reserved reception area: These are the car parks and reception areas included with the reservation of a grandstand ticket (except grandstand T.16 Fabio Quartararo) or a VIP badge. The reserved parking/ reception area corresponding to the grandstand will appear on the ticket.

Access is on the presentation of the grandstand ticket or VIP badge.

What are the options for eating on site?

You also have a possibility to picnic on the whole circuit.

Are the animations paid?

Access to the following events is included* in your ticket to the Grand Prix de France Moto event:

  • Show Mécanique
  • Concerts (Friday and Saturday evening) 
  • Shopping village
  • Fan Zone AMV
  • Meeting with the pilots
  • Exhibitions

* Access to the carnival attractions is not included in the ticket.

Paddock

Is it possible to access the paddock?

The paddock is a reserved space. No paddock case is marketed.
