TOGETHER, LET’S PRESERVE THE CONVIVIALITY OF THE GRAND PRIX DE FRANCE MOTO!

STOP OVERFLOWING RUPTORS

It’s a great pleasure to welcome you, and we have to explain to some of you the rules for living together with others. It’s necessary to impose safety rules to ensure peace and sharing, for what must be a motorcycle festival.

The escalation of “RUPTOR” during recent motorized events, with additional, increasingly voluminous cones, particularly in the Bleu reception area, has generated a very large number of complaints from drivers, participants, race marshals and local residents… And above all, it led to an unprecedented number of emergency interventions, notably for serious burns!

This situation compels us to establish strict rules and adequate means to limit and curb this behavior if possible.

Initially, prevention and information will be stepped up for the Grand Prix France Moto. To this end, the mediation of the Yellow Helmets will be useful and associated with the patrols who will be responsible for ensuring the safety of everyone on the track.

We would also like to remind you that fire and personal safety regulations remain our top priorities.

It is also necessary to inform people who do not comply with the rules, that activities resulting from the broadcasting of sounds at a high level expose people to a fine starting at 68€, and in the event of repetition, the risk incurred can be from 1,500€ to 15,000€ and one year’s imprisonment (Article L.1336-1 of the public health code and article 222-16 of the penal code).

In view of the challenges facing society, and in order to ensure the long-term future of our events, please be responsible.

Repression, which may prove necessary, is the last resort and is not what we want.
